Are we ready for an iRacing series yet?

I notice a few of you have been racing the Advanced Mazda Cup series this season. I have as well and really like it. With the latest changes and ability to adjust the setup, the car is a lot of fun on every track. It can get a little boring on the longer tracks, but still fun to drive.

I would like to check on interest in starting up a Mazda Cup series for GBR. If you give me the rights, I will put the sessions in the GBR league. If not, I will put them in regular hosted sessions.

My preference is for Friday nights, but I am open to any other weeknight except Wednesday. I would like to do the races bi-weekly for a 8-10 race season. I will put a mixture of free and paid tracks in the mix. I will pay for all hosted sessions, I have plenty in my iRacing account.

Some tracks I have in mind are:

Zandvoort National
COTA West
Laguna Seca
Mid Ohio Short
Okayama Short
Road Atlanta Short
Sebring Club
Suzuka East


Please let me know who is interested. Also let me know what tracks you like and if you don't have any of the ones I listed.

I can't really commit to another series, however I would be willing to drop in if I happened to be free on the particular evening.

Short of CotA & Suzuka, I think I may actually have access to the rest of the tracks.

I can't commit either, I just got my new winter schedule and I'll be on a 4x4 night cycle starting Nov. 1st. My open Fri I'll be running gsc with the guys over at efnet. If something does start up and I have nothing going on and it's after 9 pm Mt I'll surely jump in!

I cannot commit to another series right now, too much going on at home. I may not even be able to continue the bi-weekly V8 Supercars on rFactor 2.

Either way, I have given you Admin rights Troy and so if you decide to host a series, you will be able to do so.

I'd love to run in a GBR series. I am available after 11pm EST from Sunday through Wednesday. I work late the other nights. I really hope something gets started here.
