You could try clearing out \UserData\Log\CBash prior to starting the game. Other than that or a complete reinstall, I'm out of ideas.

Don't forget guys, its Exhibition Race Day at Atlanta Motorsport Park in the very fun to drive Palatov D4. This thing is like an oversized go-kart! Once you get the hang of them they are a blast to drive, but boy do they take some time to get used to.
Hope we have a big turnout tonight!

That was fun, even though I can't drive these things to save my life.
Also, I finally figured out why I could not get to my task manager screen, for some reason, windows put it on it's own desktop, so I had to change task view. I hate learning new things...

Small turnout but I think there's some potential in these cars... maybe on a slightly longer track next time. There's some real twitchiness that I didn't take the time to tune out but once I do I think I'll like the car even more.

Too bad more people didn't show up because these cars on that track was a blast! Hopefully we can run another exhibition in these cars in the fall and get a larger grid.
