You mean mine? I think alt_41.dds should be alright? I can see my livery on the server when I join.

I'm shortening this to a three week series for reasons that will become clear soon...

Oh, that sounds interesting. What do you have up your sleeve?
Any hint of the tracks for the next races?

I just picked up a copy of rf2 and I'm going to try to make these. I just need to figure out how to set the video settings with Softth to skew my dual monitor setup so that my view isn't centered on the bezel.

Heads up for everyone. When you pick your car, there is a Tuning button at the bottom. You have two slightly different engines to pick from.

I wonder if that's where the 7 seconds I need are.

I don't know which, if any is faster. One is more powerful, the other more torque. You certainly have to adjust gearing due to the different rev limits. So far, I'm quicker on the default.

I'm out tonight. I did manage to hack a fix for my monitors, though, so I should be good for the next couple.
Got a hot date with the old lady. Wish me luck!

This is some instructions that was given to me on proper triple screen setup that helped me alot . Hope this helps.

For triples in rFactor 2 you need to turn on "Multiview" then edit the config.ini file
Look for a line that says "UseSubViewParams=1" and make sure it is set to 1. This will enable the new triple monitor settings
Then find this line and enter your monitor details "ViewParams=(0.210000, 0.120000, 0.300000, 35.000000, 0.000000) \\ screen width (m), screen height (m), eye distance (m), side angle (deg), bezel gap (m)"
You need to know the screen width, height, distance from the screen, side angle and bezel gap.
Make sure to turn off any bezel correction in your Nvidia or AMD software and use rFactor 2's bezel correction instead

^ that advice is slightly out-of-date. Instead of editing the view params manually your can press CTRL = and enter them in a GUI. Then you can tweak slightly if needed... I usually have to adjust the bezel correction a little. Good, casual racing tonight! Thanks for coming out! Results: simresults.net/151022-sq9

Damn, almost everyone was running TC and ABS, if I had know it was allowed, I would have used ABS for sure, TC isn't needed. But I was having one hell of a time with the brakes.

Really had a good time in these 3 races. I really liked how close everybody was for all 3 races. That made for some great battles and one slip up and you could gain or lose a few spots, depending on if you were the guy that goofed or behind the guy that goofed. It took me a while and quite a bit of tuning to get a handle on these but once I did they really are a blast to drive. Looking forward to the other races we have planned.
