Congratulations to Tony on taking the championship of the LMP2 series. I want to thank everyone for coming out and running this series. I would also like to thank the members of GBR that helped me get this series put together and helping me run a series. I look forward to hosting another series soon. This was a very fun series to run. Tony won every race of the season, except the final race due to some personal issues he could not attend. Jeff was Tony's biggest challenger and those two seemed to be milliseconds apart every race. They battled from green light to checkered flag just about every race. 3rd place was up for grabs between Jimmy, Chris and Dale. Dan and Scott also seemed to have some tight races. Joe and Geoff would battle to not come in last. Rich showed up for the last race only to give Jeff fits again for Pole Position. With Rich's pace in the final race, it looks like if he was a series regular he would have given Tony and Jeff even more trouble. Let's give newcomer and Spazcar regular Tony Reiner a hand for coming out for the final race. He picked a hell of a time to try out the LMP2 cars for the first time. Looking forward to racing with you in the future Bud!! Thanks again for everybody coming out and racing. See y'all on the track soon! JImmy

Thanks for hosting. Had fun w/ the P2s...even though I had no pace whatsoever for Harper & Hooper. More times than not though it was a nice scrap w/ you & Dale.

I'd also like to say thanks for the series. It was lot's of fun. Things came up towards the end of the series that kept me from racing, but I had fun when I was there.

Congrats Tony!
This was a fun series and we maintained reasonable numbers. Unfortunately for me with my work schedule and other demands on my time, I was forced to miss three races and when I did show up it was with little prep. Luckily it seemed to me that once you find a good tune, it's usable almost everywhere. Just jump in, tweak wings, gears and fuel and you're good to go.
I think there's potential to run this again in the winter when participation tends to be higher.
Big thanks to JImmy for stepping up into a Race Coordinator role and feeding the hunger for racing!
