That was a lot of fun. Thanks for restarting Race 1. Rich got off to a bad start and I watching him in my mirrors. Dropped a wheel, got swirly and lost is trying not to take him (or anyone else) out.
On the restart it was my turn to get a bad start. Lost several places and settled behind Chris. I was putting pressure on him knowing he wasn't too familiar with the track when I got to close in turn one. I locked the brakes and slide sideways for a while, leaving me with Flintstone tires. It was a lost cause after that.
Race 2 was awesome. Settled into fourth with JImmy right behind. I was determined to conserve tires. I knew I couldn't catch the top three so focused on pulling my brake points back a little and keep the tires from screaming. It was clear that I was running less wing than JImmy because he was on my ass through the turns and then I would pull away. I am still surprised two clicks of the wing made that much of a difference. I knew I was holding him up a tad when I saw Scott and Dale lined up behind him. I just did enough to keep everyone behind and had plenty of tire (maybe too much) left at the end.
Well done, JImmy. You've definitely improved your consistency. I must have said to myself at least three times "How hasn't he screwed up yet??" Haha. You were there the ENTIRE race. I had a couple of minor moments while watching my mirrors so I am glad I was able to not screw up myself. I am a better hunter than I am prey; always making mistakes when I am pressured.
I regret not making the first rounds. These cars are fun.

Nice race 2 David and Jimmy, well played. I was watching the clock and aways saw you both glued to each other for a long long time. This aways make things more fun. As for my race, another perfect score for me. It was easier than I tought, specially in the light of that extreme close Qualy session. Race 1 I got lucky with with the restart, as Jeff was flying after jump ahead for our first try. For the real start I managed to stay ahead and controlled the race from there. Jeff put some strong pressure on me for the first few laps, but I managed to lost him and Rich when they both started to fight. Race 2 I dropped to 3th after the start, and thought I was in deep trouble to win another one. Turned out that Rich had a mistake allowing me to take 2nd, and a few laps later I managed to overtake Jeff. After that looks like they both had offs, with Rich eventually retiring. From then on I switched to the "enjoy the ride" mode and took the laps one at a time. Thanks for the fun, gentlemans. Once more...sorry about be too quiet on the TS. When Im on track I hardly hear anything, and of course, there is the english barrier.

Well done, JImmy. You've definitely improved your consistency. I must have said to myself at least three times "How hasn't he screwed up yet??" The same goes for Scott. I hounded him severely in both races and it took a long time to get past. I'm not sure I'd have done it in Race 2 is he wasn't so low on fuel. I ran high (too high it seems) downforce and was pretty well tapping his ass in most corners but I couldn't get enough speed for a pass on the straights.

Race 1 I was still finding my way...which was evident by the traffic jam behind me. Race 2 was a bit of a disappointment. I started getting comfortable around the track, but the 2 early pit stops killed any hopes for a decent finish. Sorry about race two Chris, I was running my break points as if I had no one in front of me and just ever so lightly touched your bumper, but it was an off center hit and we both spun. Again, sorry for screwing up your race. Race two was a total disaster for me, but race one was fun as hell, and not a bad placing for me. Can't wait for the next one.

It's all good Dan...I still screwed myself a couple laps later (with damage that time), so I don't think you ultimately affected me too much.
