I have been using the same basic setup all season. Just be sure to adjust your gearing so you aren't topping out on the back straight.

Watching Ricardo's video looks a lot like my lap but what I notice with the faster guys is they can brake later than I can and they use the entire width of the track.

Bathurst is a commitment track. For a fast lap, it requires big balls. The flip side...if you get things wrong on the edge, they can go very wrong (ask Chaz).

Might end up like the old turtle and the hair, I surely hope it works out like the turtle and the hair. Because I too am pretty far off those times on Live Racers. But the nice thing is its a long track and the field will get spread out a bit. Practice, Practice and more Practice

It's a long race and tire management will be huge, as well as trying to keep it on track for an hour.

I bought a T300 yesterday and just got it all setup this morning. I'm not sure how it will be tonight in the race, but I'm going to go for it. I don't have the FFB set exactly how I like it, so we'll see what happens. I also have to remember all the button settings. I've used my old Momo for so many years, it's going to be tough using the T300 in a race when you can't really be fumbling around for buttons lol.

Congrats on the T300! I think you are going to be very happy with it, especially upgrading from the Momo wheel. When I upgraded from DFGT to the T300 I tried to map the buttons like I had them on the DFGT. Luckily the button layout between the DFGT and T300 are pretty close.

Could you post a pic of your FFB settings from the Thrustmaster control panel please. I'm not getting the feel I like. Maybe it will help me get it set right, or better than I have it.
