I thought id would post links to these very helpful 3rd party apps for iracing

Iracing Setup Sync
is a setup app that automatically downloads all the available setups for each car/track combo from the forums.  Saves you from searching the forums DL tunes and installing them.  Extremely customizable as you can choose only the cars you want, tuner or club etc.

Trading Paints
Allows you to DL custom paints, upload and do some basic paints as well as lets everyone see yours and others paints while racing

iSpeed - iracing HUD and Lap analyzer
This app runs in the back ground or on a seperate screen and records all your best laps and allows you to compare your self to others to see where to make up your time.  Very easy to use and informative

Another nice almost hidden iSpeed feature is that it auto-saves the setup of your fastest lap for a car/track combo. That's quite helpful if you forget to save changes or months later when you want to quickly find the best setup.

I've found the lap analyzer to be my biggest helper in finding those extra seconds. I'll have to try the optimal shift app as I've always wondered where the proper shift points are.

It doesn't figure it out for you. You can set the rpm for the beep for all gears or a different rpm for individual gears. It is more of an audible shift light.
