Not enough time to test and come to terms with AMS. How about we replace the Formula Vee next week with AMS and Porsches?

Good fun. I had a long battle with Ricardo in Race 2 and mixed it up with JImmy a bit too. It was fun to (safely) swap a little paint.

Agreed! That was some good fun. Race 1 was great. Everybody played nice and were just getting used to the cars. I saw Chris start to slide and I just did my best to avoid him and Ricardo. Race 2 I could tell right away that everybody was used to the cars and the battles were going to be fun. Dale pushed into turn 1 and him and I traded positions a few times. Ricardo gave me a slight bump a few laps later but was a gentleman and gave me my spot back. Which was nice but I tried to keep him behind me but blew a corner and he was able to get past me. Race 3 was another door banger. Once Chris got past me I knew I couldn't catch him so I tried to keep Dale and Ricardo behind me but I blew a corner and didn't realize Jeff, Ricardo and Dale were all behind me and before I knew it I dropped 3 spots. I tried to stick with them but they just kept pulling away so I decided to have some fun with Joe and Dan and I parked it on the front straight until they caught up to me. I had some fun with them for a few laps.
This was fun and I am looking forward to the Porsches in AMS next week. JImmy

I enjoyed the cars, but to be honest I never really came to grips with the front wheel drive. Even though I've had people like Kurupt and a few others that love the front drive touring cars explain to me how to turn them and maintain speed for corner exit. Every time I would be with in range to try to catch and race someone my mind would revert back to rear wheel drive mode. Come into the corner and as the car starts to push use the throttle to bring the butt around. So not only did I cause the car to push bad, but I also had really hot tires. So I spent most of my time just trying to stay on track.
That's what happened with Joe, I came out of the corner on his inside and thought I could just power on by, but when I hit the gas it slid right on over and clipped him. Luckily it only caused me to crash.

These were all wheel drive. Hence why they wanted to understeer like a pig.

These were all wheel drive. Hence why they wanted to understeer like a pig. If that's true, then why did the front tires spin and get warm at the start? and not the rears? Just asking, not trying to start a debate.

It's a FWD bias AWD application, not rear bias like a Cosworth Escort.
