Bethesda is not good at running games on triple screens. For Skyrim you have to edit a file and manually type in your resolution but the problem is the menus in the game don't work correctly. They are too big and too close to see the menu. The fix is this www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1793/?
The notes in that post show what changes you need to make to the Skyrimprefs.ini file to get the larger resolution. Then it's just a matter of extracting the mod and installing into this path on your PC C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data
I got Skyrim about 3 years ago with all the DLC from a friend for my birthday. I only started playing it at the beginning of December.
