Didn't get to practice much, server moved to qually around my ninth lap and would not let me reset the weekend, so I'll be way off pace. Also had a severe lag issue when I first jumped on, (Game not server) it was so bad that I had to wait 3 minutes just to use my throttle after loading in, and had to kill the game just to get off track. After I restarted the game it was fine, but I was alone, the first time Ed was on, so I hope that dose not mean I'll have issues with others on, we shale see.

Man, this track was a lot of fun. In some other categories should be a must.
I had 2 very good races after the dissapointment of Barber. Ricardo and Boza were flying on the track, and my hope was to be up there in race pace. Race 1 I manage to take the lead in the first few corners, even with a so so start. I was sustaining a huge pressure from Boza and looking forward to the fight, but unfortunately he dropped, which was such a shame. After that I cruised to the win, a very welcome one. Race 2 I planned a pit stop, and that was the best choice for me. Had a fantastic fight with Ricardo in the first stint, taking the lead while lapping Ed in a lucky move. Then after my pit stop I was driving fast all the time cutting the difference from 19secs to none, as Ricardo did the race without a Pit. Unfortunately, again...I made a mistake with fuel consuption, and had to lift big time on the penultime lap, otherwise I would not finish. I attacked again on the last lap, but was too late...even if the finish line was quite entertaining!

Sorry about last night, guys. In race 1, I made a mistake in one of the few places that you can't and that put me down 2 laps by the time I could get back around to the pits for repairs.
Early in the 2nd race my computer started having problems. The first time it happened the game just dropped and kicked me back to my Desktop for a couple of seconds. When it came back I was off track but managed to get back and continue, but was pretty far out of it. A few laps later--around lap 7 or 8--it did it again and it kicked me out for a while longer. I eventually got back in but at that point I could see in the replay that when the game dropped out, my car stayed on track out of control and came a little too close to taking out another car, so I decided to retire for the night.
Really frustrating, though. I'd installed a load cell brake and the Bodnar USB mod just after the last race and had put in a lot of laps in practice getting used to it and putting in improved times. I had a couple of pretty decent starts and was hoping to be more competitive in the mid-pack. I was right there for most of the time until I started having problems.

That sucks Joe. Hope you can get those computer woes sorted. Yeah, it's weird. For the last couple of weeks, it's been restarting randomly every couple of days. I'm not sure if that's even related to the AMS problems. I haven't had problems running practice laps in AMS, but this is the second race where I've actually dropped out. First time it happened was during a one of the races at Eastern Creek, then twice at Putnam in race 2 last week. The only thing I can figure out looking through crash dumps is that there is some 'unnamed' driver causing the problem. Temperatures look fine. My PSU is about a year old and shouldn't even be stressed with what it's handling. Memory test came back fine. Event Logs don't show anything. Windows SFC found nothing. I haven't had time to install full-on Windows debugging language files yet, though. I'm close to just saying screw it and wiping Windows and starting over again.
