Team event. Typically we run 2 or 3 drivers per car and enter multiple cars. It's possible that we could run up to 4 cars and cover everyone's preferred ride.

Boza and I have decided to run the Corvette DP.

A suggestion for paints. Make sure the Team owner is the one who signs up for the race. We should each have ownership of a GBR team so that whoever starts these endurance races can make sure we show our team colors on the car.

We should probably identify who "owns" which team in this thread. I don't have access to iRacing until tonight, I'll try to remember to look at it after the Autobahn race if I remember.

I know I had ownership of GBR1 transferred over to me earlier this year. I think I may have GBR3 as well, I'll have to verify.

I've already got the availability sheets created. I have set up "Stint Planners" for 4 cars. During the race I will only be able to manage the sheet for the team I am on. As teams are created and people would like to learn how to use the sheets, just let me know and I'll be happy to walk you through it. Most of it is pretty simple really, as it's a lot of auto-calcs. There are a couple things that will need to be identified regarding fuel usage during practice to maximize the efficiency & accuracy of the spreadsheet.

I'll get a message thread going for information regarding setups & spreadsheet accessibility. Post up in the thread if you would like to join a team and list your car preference and between Dale & I we'll try to sort out team pairings unless you have talked with others and pre-arranged a pairing (like Troy & Boza did). I'll add you to the message list once your intent is posted here. Cheers.

We have decided to postpone the Watkins Glen 6-hour race that was scheduled for June 24 & 25. As many of you know we experienced an issue during the 24 hours of Le Mans last week and we have been hard at work trying to determine the cause and get a fix out. The good news is we believe have found the issue – it is related to the track, not the race servers. We have not implemented and tested a fix yet. In the interest of being overly cautious we are going to postpone all big events until we have the fix implemented.

We plan to reschedule the Watkins Glen event sometime later this year.

I am okay running the ANG in GT3 class but I also had this thought...

Sheldon, Rory and I run the Ford GT and try to get in the same split as Chris and Dale for some nice inter team battling. What do you guys think?

Yeah, I'll start working on the livery for the Ford. Lol

I just thought of Kyle as well. Maybe we can field 3 cars in GTE if he's planning on running. I know he only missed Le Mans due to a team membership issue. It would be cool to get 3 teams in the same split in the same class.

Kyle was out of town for this weekend. But we'll have to see when they reschedule it for, and I'll get up with him again.

I'm actually not heartbroken about the reschedule. Now I can focus on getting re-acquainted w/ the Aston for the big PacMajors race this weekend at Lemans instead of trying to juggle prepping for 2 different cars on 2 different tracks.

Chris, I am confused about the team ownership thing now. I noticed I am the team owner for GBR team 2 in Trading Paints but I don't know if I control that team in iRacing.

I guess we should get the teams squared away for events going forward. Maybe we should do that by lowest iRating within our team. Since we are usually looking to get into certain splits and what not. Know what I mean?

My iRating is up at 2000 now. Not at all reflective of my actual skill. Lol

Anyway, I will check what team I am in charge of in the club and post up again.

Yeah, if you can upload paints to a team, you are the team owner in iRacing.
