Not sure I will make this race tomorrow, been sick, and constantly falling asleep at odd times.

I'm iffy for tomorrow. I'm probably looking at a 12-14hr day, so I'm not sure I'll be home in time.

I'm in Day 1 of a cold today. We'll see what tomorrow brings... don't wait for me if I'm not there.

Oh man potentially 3 regular guys out tonight. If that ends up being the case we can push this event to next week.

Well it was as small grid of 5 but we raced anyway. Rich showed up and took Chris' place to battle Jeff in both races. That left Dale Joe and myself to battle for 3rd. Dale ended up getting the last podium spot in both races due to Joe and I taking are cars for some donuts and meet and greats with some walls.
I was having a good race in race 2. Battle Dale until I spun myself, but I started to close the gap and then Dale decided to join in the spinning fun. I was able to get a 5+ second lead on Dale but he started to close the gap. I decided enough was enough and went for a loop so Dale could get on the podium again.
I was happy that I had picked a track 4 out of the 5 drivers that raced had never seen before. It was a fun twisty track and I will be sure to use it again.

Yeah sorry. I had a 14.5hr day at work. Didn't leave until 2030, which meant it was after 2100 by the time I got home.

Will definitely make it to the St Pete race! Now that I have settled into the semester I have a bit more free time.

Good track, I enjoyed it. I'm still not sure why I'm so slow in these cars. I don't expect to beat Jeff and Rich but 2-3 seconds per lap difference is like I'm in a different car class :/

That was a fun track. Flat but twisty and not a lot of time between most corners. The kerb in turn 1 was brutal.
I'm close to figuring these out. It seems like I can maintain speed with you all in corner entry and mid-corner, but just don't quite get the exit speed that you all are. I got into trouble most of the time this race when I was trying to make up for that and get loose on the exit.
Looking forward to the next race in Mother Russia.
