It's coming out Friday. Anyone care? Discuss.
I'm probably sounding like a Debbie Downer when it comes to new releases lately but I've become a bit weary of pretty games/sims that don't deliver when you actually begin interacting with the cars. Even rF2 had a bumpy start after we got excited about that initial video with the raindrops on a visor.
I'll wait for some reviews before deciding if I'll pick it up on sale in the future. The disappointment of pCARS 1 is still fresh in my memory.
I do like to have a current-gen pretty hot lap game on my PC and since Forza seems to have multiple controller support now on PC, the decision between Forza 7 and pC2 will come down to driving physics and proper (multiview) triple monitor support.

I actually like PCars now that I've got a computer that can run it with things turned up. PCars is my Forza. I'll fire it up when I just want to putter around. Though I did find the single player campaign entertaining for a while.
All in all, I don't think of it as a racing sim. Perhaps a driving sim.
I may look at PCars2 after it's been out, bugs are worked out, and it's on sale on Steam. I really don't need another driving simulator at the moment...but if it's decent, I'll probably get it eventually.

My Daughter bought me PC2 for the PS4. It's not to bad, looks great and drives pretty good with the controller. I may just pick this up for PC so I can use my wheel.

Right now I can't drive FM7 because of some weird controller mapping issue and it doesn't do multiview triples. pCARS2 gets both of those right. I not buying until there's a sale but pC2 is leading right now. I wish it had a demo.

Found a bad bug. I qualified P1 @ Long beach, Once the race started and I crossed the start line it put me in 12th and did not count my first lap, so basically 12th and 1 lap down. Dose it every time, so I let qually go and came in 12th, then it worked fine. Haven't tried any other positions. Other tracks seem to work fine.

S/F line is probably coded slightly behind the P1 grid spot.

I will probably pick this up for the PC, and also for the PS4 eventually...

Picked it up on day 1. I got frustrated trying to dial in the FFB. Last night I tried the custom Jack Spade FFB settings and it feels great now. I just need to upgrade my PC and monitors to get the full eye candy.
Wish I could try VR just to find out if it would make me hurl or not.
