No Bathurst 1000 But there is a Bathurst 12 hour race. And what does "Day" mean? Currently there are only 4 time of day conditions: Morning, Afternoon, Late Afternoon, and Night on certain tracks.

No Bathurst 1000 But there is a Bathurst 12 hour race. Yeah... and it's *another* GT3 race... Could be one of the final nails in the V8SC coffin. iR staff said they cut two events due to low participation. Too bad... Chris and I had unfinished business at the 1000. I feel the other mistake in that schedule is mixing GT3 and GTE in so many events. Fast GT3s and slow GTEs will be tripping over each other.

Speaking of the endurance schedule...I may not have the time available to coordinate (aka herd cats) for everyone this year. At least not w/o help. I do still want to try to run the races, but will likely only be able to deal w/ coordinating & scheduling of those running w/ me. Nothing personal. But work is burning up too much of my free time of late, and I'll probably still be really busy until mid-summer. I will try to make time to work w/ the other team captains on the use of the spreadsheets if desired. I just wanted to get this out there now, because I know everyone is usually counting on me for endurance coordinating. You all have my apologies.

I feel you on the Bathurst 1000 even though I haven't run it. I was just joking about the 12 hours of Bathurst. There is a huge uproar on the iRacing forums about it. As you can imagine, every Aussie and Kiwi is outraged. Way too many GT3 and GTE races in proportion to other types of races. I know some of those other races had lower turnout, but the people that do run them are very passionate about them. A race they used to have that I would like to see come back is the Pocono 500 IndyCar race. I know there is already the Indy 500, but Pocono is my favorite track with the IndyCar. I haven't been iRacing as much lately. My favorite series, the Indy fixed oval, has been overrun by a bunch of overly aggressive drivers with bad internet connections. I would like to join more of the endurance races next year. If I can race, I will also be able to help with the team captain duties. I have no problem with spreadsheets and the math required to keep the schedules up to date.
