Since we pushed the Watkins Glen race a week the rest of the schedule has been adjusted and we will be back on our 2 week cycle.
Originally we were racing at Le Man du Clos but I couldn't get the track to load. I messed with it for a while today and decided it was too much trouble so we are going to a track that comes with AMS. This is a quick track at around 1 minute for a lap.
DATE: January 17 2018
TIME: Quali session starts at 7:15 PM Pacific / 10:15 PM Eastern, Races begin at about 7:30 PM Pacific / 10:30 PM Eastern.
SIM: AUTOMOBILISTA v1.5
MOD: "Super V8's" - Official Content
TRACK: Taruma. Track is standard content with AMS
SKIN PACK: This must be installed or you will receive a mismatch error. Skin pack found in download section
QUALIFICATION: 10 minutes
FLAGS: Black Flags Only.

sorry for the double post, i screwed up and posted under an old race Anyone else having problems with steering rotation? It is completely broken for me. I have my wheel set to Auto steering rotation and the game set to auto steering rotation (which is how I have always had it set up) and my steering rotation is completely off. I also tried matching the steering rotation of the car to the steering rotation of my wheel and in game settings (540) and it is still completely broken. I have to reset my controls every time I start up AMS. It's a total pain.

I also tried matching the steering rotation of the car to the steering rotation of my wheel and in game settings (540) and it is still completely broken. I am starting to get really annoyed with AMS How is it broken? I do AMS differently than iRacing and rF2 and that may be because of AMS acting oddly before. What I did with the V8s is get in the car, turn my physical wheel 90 degrees then adjust my wheel rotation (easy with Fanatec as it's a dial on the wheel) until it matched. Then I double-checked and the number on my wheel matched the rotation in the game settings for that car... 360 degrees. |

I did the exact same things as you described (i also have a fanatec) and it never lines up. Ever. The wheel in game is always at 45 degree angle when I am turning my 90 degrees. No matter what I do |

For those who use G27 on Win10 the recommendation is remove the G27 profile application.
And to configure the rotation, just follow the instruction on the screen attached.
Check with the manufacturer if there is something similar for your steering wheel.

Well that was a bummer. Really fun and fast short track but only 4 people showed up so we just ran 2 10 lap races.
I crashed out in race 1, then I had some technical difficulties right as race 2 started and couldn't get it sorted.
I was able to get it resolved much later so hopefully it won't happen again.

If I have my way we will be using this track again for sure. I don't know about anybody else but I really liked this track.
