MS announced Game Pass Ultimate today-ish. If you go here:

and purchase one month for $1 it will extend the durations of your remaining subs (to their sum) for both products and add a month. Also seems like this includes Game Pass for PC, it works for me but you need the 1903 Windows 10 update.
