I was originally planning on running the Forumula Renault 2.0 next season for Wednesday Officials, alternating each season with the Supercup for variety. Dave suggested a poll to see others opinions, so here it is. So see, it's not a complete dictatorship. Anyways, poll will be open for 2 weeks when I'll make the final determination for S3 series. Always open to other suggestions as well. A couple things to keep in mind for alternative suggestions: - Avoid highly populated series (Lemans, IMSA Sportscar). Lower populated series increases the chances of getting more of us into the same splits. V8SC, Supercup, & FR2.0 have been great for this. - Make sure the series has a race start time between 1815-1915 PDT (1830-1915 is better). This gets the races over earlier for our east coast brethren while still giving us west coasters a chance to get home from work. - Avoid the fixed 15 minute sprint races. Those tend to have a lot more underprepared drivers dropping in making races a shitshow more often than not. Aside from typical first lap chaos, our 3 regular series generally provide some pretty good racing.

I'd pick GT1 and being open to switch between the Aston and Vette for variety.

I am going to ponder before voting. Here's the thing, we almost always use GT for endurance and I run Supercars every Thursday so it's nice to have variety on the alternate series. That said, I might take a break next season and just run the Supercars with GBR because racing a minimum of three nights a week (I also have efnet on Sunday) means I'm not getting enough free evenings for other stuff. In that case, my vote doesn't matter!

I am going to abstain from voting, as I do not know enough about any other series to make an informed decision. I will go whatever way the wind blows.

As a new-ish member, I voted Renault 2.0 for some open wheel variety, but I'm open to whatever.
