If you installed this to your rFactor game you most likely can't change tire compounds and a few other things in other mods as the VHR Mod over writes some files. Their is a possible work around, Either you get a toon from someone else with the tire compound you want (You can't even see it in game) or you can do your setup, do a practice run and pit while doing so, change tires and compound in the pits, exit pit lane and exit to the garage and save your setup again.
The best thing to do is install the VHR Mod as a stand alone. All you will have to do to it then is copy your rFactor.exe from your base game and drop it into the VHR game folder.
If you installed to your rF game you should delete it and reinstall with just the V8 Mod and do the stand alone install on the VHR Mod, then get a copy of rF light and use that for each new mod, Just remember to copy your original rF.exe into each new install as well as the folder with your name on it and the controls folder found in UserData. You can also change the game .ini to make each new install use the tracks from your main game.
