Every car and track acts like I just hit a wall every couple of seconds as I drive, the screen starts shaking and it makes a large impact sound. What gives? Any help would be nice.

Go into the plugin folder and remove the "Grinding Tranny" plug in. Or at least put it into it's own separate folder. I removed it altogether.
Oh and another tip, before you put a car on the track for the first time, feed it as much negative camber as you can give it. I haven't run across one yet that had too much.
