During the gap between GBR V8SC series I intend to hold one exhibition event for GBR's iRacers with the V8. So, for those of you that have the car (or plan to buy the car) what track do you have (or will have) above the base content that we could race on? If we can find a track that we all will have then game on! If there's no consensus then I'll look at the base content tracks and pick one. I own all road tracks so there's no restriction on what I can run. Just to start the discussion: The obvious choices are Philip Island and Spa, IMO.  Zandvoort is fun. Oulton Park is bumpy as hell. I detest Laguna Seca and VIR. "Rovals" suck. Everything else, I'm neutral on. Road Atlanta and Road America would be OK. I've never run the V8s at Barber. |

I have Phillip Island, Spa, Zandvoort, VIR and Sebring as tracks that I've purchased. If I had to vote, I would pick either Zandvoort and Spa. I just hope someone can hook me up with a good tune so I can try to keep these damn things on the track. |

I have the V8 and every single track in the game. Just pick whatever you want and I will be there. That being said, if you want commitment from me to a particular preference of track, your ideas re: Philip Island and Spa sound good to me.

It looks like iRacing is deploying the new build right now. So I'll be setting up the GBR league there this AM, adding the races and adding everyone.

The more the better. I would favor having a weekly iRacing event. Man, I'm losing track of what we have and when it runs now. I assume Thurs is still out because that's the GT5 night, right? We could alternate Mondays with the MX-5 guys. I'll ask the other Staff. |

Thursday would be tough because its GT5 night for Sheldon, Greg, Armando and I. If we started iRacing at 7:45 or 8pm PST, we can probably make that work, but its tough for the east coast guys. |

Wednesdays are shaping up to be used for special one-off rFactor mod events right now.
I was 99% sure Thursdays were out so now I know for sure. Personally, I like keeping Thurs free because if I get home early I can race the iRacing V8 Americas race.
Let me confer with the staff and we'll see what everyone has in mind.

I would like to try these out, I'm with most of you for tracks too, I'll buy most of the road tracks in time so pick a winner and I'll grab it if I haven't already. I'm sure glad they don't tell me how much I've given them... just signed up for two years on their 50% sale, not sure if it's the best price but 50% seems good enough to me.
