I'm not even going to look at it. With iRacing and Race2Play I've got more than enough people to race online with at just about any hour of the day... there's no room for anything else!

I have been playing this lately and find I quite like it. I bought a Lexus LFA and was having a lot of fun doing hot lap challenge at Zandvoort. Then picked up the Toyota GT86 for $0.25 today and was trying that at Watkins Glen, not fast as the 944 but still a lot of fun. Today there is a special trial for the Mclaren MP4/4 (hopefully more than just today or I may have to buy this car ). Doing quick races at Zandvoort with the Mclaren was a blast. Tricky car to drive, turbo

I just downloaded the game and installed it. Whats up with only getting one free car? Also, the McClaren F1 car is $38? Really???
Anyway, I will run it this weekend and post some thoughts.

lol I put $20 in just to support them and so I could buy a few cars to play with... So far I have actually enjoyed the ones I bought from a few dollars to 0.25 There is a couple cars I would like to try but they are pricey, but there is always hope that if I can win or do well in some events I could earn some credits!!! At least there is hope, reality on the other hand

I downloaded it last night. It's clearly based on the rFactor engine. graphics, physics and force feedback are solid, just like rFactor. There is a good variety of cars. With less than $20, I was able to buy 10-20 cars, including an F1, Toyota GT One, several muscle cars, some classic convertibles and good road cars. My only.problem is that I cannot find any races, its mostly hot laps and challenges. I also wish there were more tracks.

I've had it for a while but it had nothing that really convinced me was any better than all the other Rf1 based sims sitting on my hard drive. I really must stop buying more, I have rF2 pre bought, Pcars pre bought and will be on Assetto Corsa as soon as it is out. As my real fun is found racing with you guys and over at 2O2R, the only ones that get fired up are Rf1 and R07 with the odd foray into Rf2. Though thinking about it...I don't think there are any left to buy LOL

Yep about $20 should get me the vehicles I'm interested in so I can try it out. After that we'll see how things develop.
*Update* Wow, this game is rFactor1 with better graphics and like Lawyer said, its totally based on the rFactor engine. The menus may look fancier but its ALL the same information.
It took me about 1 minute to set up all my controls identical to all my rFactor1 profiles.
I purchased a variety of cars: C6R GT2, BMW E92 GT, Boss 302 Mustang (old and new), F150 Raptor, Audi RS4.
I'm running all assists off and right off I noticed the GT cars handle better than any of the mods we are currently using. The C6R can get a bit squirrelly, but the BMW drives like its on rails.
The engine sounds are good. I think Enduracers and NAGT and the other mod we are using through Knights UK group all have WAY better sounds overall but the ones in SR are good.
The tracks look very nice but some of the user tracks we have in rFactor 1 look just as good (I'm thinking the latest incarnation of Bathurst right off the top).
Fun game though.
Cheers!

Been running SRW alot lately myself the past couple weeks. Dont forget every Tuesday features a new car to test drive for free, and if you wish to buy it, its 50% off that day only. Thats how I ended up with the Vette C6R I've bought about 15 various other cars with cash and credits. Its not a bad sim but cant get real serious with it yet. Longest races I've had so far are 5 lap road races and 15 lap ovals. 5 credits for every lap, regardless of position. Nice to see a familiar name out on the track last night, oldslowfred
