For some reason, when I load the dedicated server then try to load rFactor it crashed on startup. The only thing I've done was add the SP2 for the Endurance mod. The game will start up with no problem when I don't have the dedicated server running and I can also host online sessions from within the game.
I just finished doing a fresh install of rFactor but it's still doing the same thing. There appears to be some type of conflict between the game and the dedicated server. Any ideas?

I'll test in about an hour (I'm reinstalling HistoriX mod right now for a different reason) and see if I can replicate it.

Ok, after yet another restart of my computer, it seems to be working again. Keeping my fingers crossed.
I've uninstalled all of the mods except the V8 Mod.

I get a crash too but that's via a remote session (my rF server is a headless fileserver) so maybe that's not indicative of anything. The Details of the crash point to pthreadVC2.dll which is the plugin for LiveRacers.

Are your Mods in separate installs, or all in the main directory?

They are in the main directory. It's worked fine for the past 6 months or so. I already had the Endurance mod loaded on my main install and I think it caused an issue when I installed the new SP2 update for it.
I did a test session with TenBear and it seems to be working again (knock on wood).

Yeah, I noticed when I had them all in the same directory, some weird stuff can happen at random.
