As a heads up to other race hosts. I'm pulling this track from my server and suggest others don't use it.
1) It has a timing bug that litters the results with 8:44:00 lap times
2) More importantly, Kelly had an issue where it seems if he followed a car (maybe only those with custom skins) he'd get disconnected from the game after a while. The only thing I can think of is the large amount of detailed textures at this track plus a custom skin texture is causing a memory leak or other glitch in some rare cases.
