help replacing the safety car in a mod.

Ok..so I've been racking my brain and trying to read up every where possible. With a modification in the rfm file,i was able to get the vette.back into the vhr 1.9 mod. However now i want to use it the home town series as well. Haven't tried the late models yet...but i cannot get it to work in the street stocks...nor get the original hammer pace car to show....even in a fresh install. Any ideas? I'm stumped. Been at this for 4hours now..no luck

IIRC, modifying the rFM will cause mismatches on other servers. So drivers will need a heads-up to have a parallel clean VHR install if they race this at R2P for example.
