Pit limiters are correct for simulation of the real series. Beat me to it. Looking forward to this season. I personally like damage (all my offline stuff is run at 100%), it adds that extra layer. After Monday's race.....I think Tony may be shooting for Church's coveted title of "Car-B-Que". ;D That was a mighty fine fireball Tony.

Pit limiters are correct for simulation of the real series. Ok, thank you, I didn't know that. In Spazcar we have to control our own pit speeds and I like it.

Don't take traction control away from me just yet... I'm back on the controller as I busted the break peddles on both my GT2 and GT3 sets.

Pit limiters are correct for simulation of the real series. Though I noticed someone last night blasting out of the pits with zero penalty. Neat trick!

Well, you see officer... I was just trying to get back around to my garage because I really had to pee.

Yeah, no penalties during practice.....just fines. And F1 has some deep pockets.

If I home in time tonight will try to jump in. Food for thought... the tougher or closer to real life you make this, while you will get a sense of realism..you make wanna consider the cost of participation. 75% is unappealing to me. Other then for obvious reasons of consistently rolling my car. It also means one mistake and your done. Whether it your own fault or fault of another. Real yes...not so fun if you go out. Especially if you've spent days prepping. We see it in Spazcar. Its the reason super speedways are run with 0 damage. They aero damage from bump drafting leaves folks behind and on their own. I'll try it. But if it impedes my ability to come out and have fun and race with my friends, then I'll just pass on the series all together and avoid the frustration. I'm sure the goal is still to have good time being competitive amongst your piers... or has this changed to a just try to not have trouble and hope for a decent finish series?

I don't think it's going to be as bad as people are thinking. It's not like we drive like pinballs. Can you retire w/ one wreck?...yes...but you've still got to get it pretty wrong to do it. Look at Davidson/Whincup wreck at Phillips Island this year...it happens from time to time. A glancing blow off the armco though, isn't going to grenade car. With this setup, you might see some new faces running toward the front on occasion. Look for some good finishes from some of last season's mid packers that were turning solid, consistent laps...but not running on the ragged edge lap after lap. I'm really looking forward to see how it shakes out.

Fantomas, even if you don't race with us much, it's nice to have you in the forums. Always good for a laugh.
