well i think after our first week the 75% wasnt so bad. but i really think Helios that DRMs should be less. also was the TCM run at 75%?

TCM was at the usual 50%. I don't think I'll change it... we don't have a lot of contact and it sucks to have to park the car 2/3 of the way into an enduro if you mess up and head off course.

DRMs were at 80%.....they've been turned down to 75% to fit in line w/ the V8s. If you'd stop over-revving the poor motor, she'd make it just fine. I've run a 1 hr race at the Historic Laguna w/ damage at 100% with no issues. It does make you think about how much you want to push you're luck though. That's also why we are running short sprint races, instead of longer semi-enduros. If something does break, you're only waiting a few minutes to get in on the next one. We'll see how it goes this week.

Well of course my opinion differs...first lap in at WG race2 my race was over. If that repeats at autumn ring, then I shall pass on the rest of V8 season.

And if you lift when you shift, they live a bit longer too. Haha.
