I have no freaking idea... now there's also TXAA and FXAA from Nvidia. There's a couple of threads in the pCARS Graphics forum that will cover it all in gory detail. Right now I just run on default settings.

A new build 249 is available. This is a 'full' build available to all members. Note: they apparently have changed the install method with this build. There is now a separate installer program. The installer program is small and sounds like it may take care of downloading the full build. But this build is big at 3.4GB so I am downloading via torrent instead and will install using that this time instead. Also, it looks like they may have added the Nordschleife track

I ran the 246 or whatever it is last night. Damn, by far the best build so far. The UI finally works right with triple monitors and I can run DX11 with minimal performance hit. It's a pretty solid 55-65 fps on most tracks.
Thannk for the heads up on the big build... I'll get the torrent downloading at home so it's ready for me.

I just downloaded this for the first time today... WOW! I'll almost certainly be buying it when it come out. Taking a Formula car around Bathurst was amazing. The graphics are wicked.
I just cranked the settings, put it on 1080p and off I went. My laptop doesn't seem to have any probs with it on dx11.

The graphics are amazing. They have come a long way with the physics, but still have a ways to go before its on par with Rfactor and Iracing.
This game has tons of potential and keeps impressing me more with each update.

The builds are moving pretty fast now (as far as improvements/refinement), it seems.

In the control section I tried csr with and without pedals. Any help out there? you will need to map the pedals manually. This happens to me every time the existing profile gets deleted, even though I have CSR w separate pedals selected. This appears to be a 'dynamic' feature of Fanatec, randomly choosing button mappings depending on your system, time of the day, phase of the moon, etc...

How do I map the pedals?? Go into the controls menu and look for throttle and brake. Click on each then hit the respective pedal on your Clubsports. Make sure you save. Sent from my HTC One X using ProBoards
