I've only finished the introductory level on the train.
I may show up if the g/f is watching TV but you guys will basically be able to teabag me and there's nothing I'll be able to do about it.

So I'm looking at renting a BF3 server. I'm currently looking at getting a private server with 16 slots. My goal with this is so we can get together as a group and blast each other without some of the intensity you find on other servers. It will also allow us to customize the games/maps/etc. based on what WE want to do.
Also it will give those that want to practice in vehicles the chance to do so without getting yelled at, etc. because they aren't "super pilots" or anything.
Before I do this though, I wanted to know if this would appeal to the BF3 folks here.

It wouldn't conflict at all. The server would be available to us 24/7 so whenever we want to get a match going, its available.

Ok sounds good so far. I'll start the groundwork to get it done. It will probably be up shortly after Christmas.
My time is going to get VERY sketchy over the holidays as we are always busy this time of year. Good for the paycheque but not good for sleep or free time!
