I gave up worrying about the damn sr and just sticking to my style and staying within it. Everytime i focused on sr it just became a disaster and i wasnt even racing which takes the fun out of it. Its great being known as a clean driver, but shit happens. The most exciting series in rl all have bumping and rubbing its part of racing, plus incident free races dont get you any bonus points in the standings

Like you, Kurupt, I generally do not worry about SR. But, keep it in mind if you get near the 2.0 SR mark, since if you go below that, you will drop a license level. Once you hit A, you have to go below 1.0 to get demoted.

Yeah, I'm done protecting my SR. I want to build the iR now to compete in top splits. It's going to be impossible to drive bad enough to get the SR to 1.0. Even if I get demoted to B though, so what. The A license doesn't get me anything I want.
I saw a guy the other day with a D license and iR in the 4xxx range. I think all he races is MX-5 and he's obviously having fun.

Ok, got in a race finally today after standing in front of Safeway all afternoon helping my girls sell Girl Scout Cookies.
Ran the Vette in the Prototype/GT Challenge (fixed). On lap 5, I was coming up to T1 at Interlagos (very sharp increasing radius lt turn) and got slightly tapped in the rear by the Vette behind me. Didn't seem to do any damage, but gave me a x4 contact hit! Damn!!
The guy that hit me kept saying "Sorry man...I'm so sorry"! I told him no problem. About 1 min later the guy was so rattled that he spun himself, then quit out of the race. Kinda funny.
Add a couple x1 off tracks trying to make way for the Prototypes and I lost .04 SR. Like you guys said, I don't worry too much about it, but I'm trying to get that A license darnit!

All I can say is WTF??? I just did the GT Challenge at Zolder. It was a frickin nightmare. I got 16th out of 20+ cars, but that is not a big deal. I only lost 35 iRating points. The problem was I was in the same race as world class GT drivers. I got lapped by almost the whole field. I also went off the track many times, which cost me .58 SR. Screw that, I am done with the GT Challenge and Prototype races. The top dogs are just too fast. Those races are not fun. I will stick with the NASCAR events and the Cadillac Cup.

I watched your Cadillac Cup race from Lap 10 onward. You were doing great until you pitched it into the wall. I was like NOOOOOO!
What happened when you were trying to exit the pits? It looked like you couldn't steer?
Cheers!

I just lost another 22 points because the idiots behind me don't know what a yellow flag is and plowed into a bunch of us slowing for a car that had spun in the middle of the track. Then the next lap some Ford GT decides he wants to race me into T1. I give him the position, but the dipshit loses his ass end and I have to slow even more to avoid hitting him, then get sideswiped by another Ford behind us. So frustrating man.

They even out though. I had a race tonight where I got taken out not once but TWICE by the same guy. But my second race was fine with no issues and I was a happy camper!

Well then I should be due for a good race. We'll see if that works out. Going to try it one more time tonight (20 min from now). Hopefully there will be enough to make it official. Wish me luck!

It looked like you couldn't steer? Cheers! Yeah, my trusty T500RS quit on me. I had to reset it mid-game. When it came back on, the FFB was all messed up. TBH, I can live with that. Equipment failure happens. I ended up finishing 4th and gaining iRating and SR, so I cannot complain.

How do you watch repays that you have saved? I was in oval race the other day and would love to see just how I managed to get through two consecutive pile ups, talk about close I must have missed a spinning car by the thickness of a Rizla, picked up an easy third and that leaves me .001 off 4 to leave rookie. Once that is done that is me finished with ovals pretty much, not spending another $100 on oval tracks to carry on.

On the Members page you'll see Replays under Events on the horizontal toolbar below the Test/Race panel.
