It looks like Hawks deleted this thread and so I am starting it again. Please list the content, including cars and tracks, that you currently own and what you plan to buy in the next month or so. This will help me better plan GBR iRacing Oval and Road events. All of us have the base content and so you can just say that and list any other cars and tracks that you have. I will go first. Road Base Content Everything else. OvalBase Content Everything else.

No wonder why you hate iRacing Hawks, you have all of the crappy cars.

No wonder why you hate iRacing Hawks, you have all of the crappy cars. No kidding. At a minimum, you need to buy the Star Mazda, McLaren, and maybe the Corvette if you like American V8s.

LOL I was thinking of that when I posted it. Not even sure why I bought the VW as I haven't even drove it. I haven't purchased any new content for at least a year and a half I would guess. Bought the Skippy to rank up to C class. My goal was to get to the point where I could race the V8SC, but ended up not liking the car and pretty much ended my Iracing stint. I plan on doing some practice as I've heard there have been improvements with the physics and sounds.
I am a touring car and GT kind of guy. When I decide to take the plunge and buy more cars, am thinking of getting the Corvette, Ford GT and the Mclaren.

Can't go wrong with those. I enjoyed them (at least during last season's build). I've got to completely rework the setup on the FGT though, as they seriously fucked with it this time. But my favorites in order for those three (last season): FGT, C6R, McLaren

Its so below the rFactor version that you will just be disappointed. The GT cars are awesome, the McLaren being more awesome than any of the others. I cannot drive the Corvette at all, but Jarhead seems to like it. The Ford GT served me well when I was working on getting my A license.

;D I don't see any issues here. I don't get you guys that dislike ovals. Yes, road courses can be cool too, particularly if you are driving them with an rFactor V8 Supercar, or iRacing Cadillac or HPD. But there is no question that the real men drive ovals. F1 drivers only see one another at the start of the race and in the pits. NASCAR drivers see one another on the track all the time, so much so that they often get up close and personal with their cars, and after the races with their pit crews fighting with one another. ;D
