I hav to admit, I'm having trouble getting 1.95 loaded plus I am trying to configure a triple screen set up with three 39" LED TVs. Can't get the third one to actively display. I had to take a break after two hours of messing around with them. What a newb. Sorry I missed your session guys. Ill get up and running soon.

Where is it hanging up on the 1.95 setup? Did mine Wednesday night w/o issue. It checks for the GPL disc again though. I'd offer to help remotely but i have events both tonight and tomorrow night.

Snappy, you are not a newb, triple screen set ups can be a pain. Check out my Help with Triple Screen Set Up thread in the Help and Troubleshooting thread. Anyway, if I recall correctly, you have the AMD 7850 GPU. Assuming that is the case, or even assuming you have some other AMD GPU, you must have an active displayport adapter going to at least one of the LED TVs. That is a requirement to get Eyefinity, AMD's multi-screen software, working. If you don't have one, let me know and I will send one to you. I don't need it anymore because each of my monitors have a DisplayPort connection and so I do not need an active displayport adapter.

Yeah Craig. I have one of those adapters but I'm going to pick up a second one tonight but I am literally working all day. I should have the triples ready Saturday and then post a video for you guys. I was testing some cars as well. I liked the 904, the GTA and the 2002 a lot. Ill have to try the 914. Sherb, haven't you got one of those? Is it close to the real thing?

I really like the Historix mod. I kept blowing up the cars before I would finish a lap, probably because it was Bathurst and I don't know how to drive a true manual car anymore, but I am committed to learning again. LOL! Sorry I had to bolt, but I was scheduled to do the 8:45pm Class A Fixed Sprint Cup car race in iRacing, and you guys were chatting it up about something important that I did not want to interrupt.

Snappy, I'm not sure where you are downloading from and I didn't go back through everything to see what has been tried but I will tell you where I downloaded from and had it work fine: I went here and downloaded the files from there: historicgt.fr.yuku.com/topic/69/Historic-GT-amp-TC-v195-download-linksI downloaded the "v1.9 Full version" and installed it. (some of the mirrors have 2 files I think, some have one) Then I downloaded the "v1.95 (Patch for v1.90)" and installed it. From there everything was fine.

Also... Get 7Zip for taking care of zip files, rar files, etc. You'll be glad you did if you haven't already. It can be downloaded here: www.7-zip.org/download.html

Ill have to try the 914. Sherb, haven't you got one of those? Is it close to the real thing? Well, it's tough to say. Mine are a far cry from those in the game. But they definitely have a similar feel. Mine just makes far less power (whopping 70HP on a good day), is on a street suspension & street tires. But the real cars have very responsive steering, which makes the car a ball to drive.....even if it's slow.

Snappy, were you able to get the 1.95 patch installed into the 1.90 install?
