Same here Hawks. No Complaints here. Thrustmaster support has been no better regarding my T500 driver issue, than Fanatec has been with regard to my Elite.

I think Fanatec's CS is great and have always read that it's great. (except when I first had my dealings with them, but that's another story)

Thanks to Rusty, I have a working Fanatec again. I got the cable this afternoon and swapped it out tonight and everything is working wonderfully!
I have two cables coming from Fanatec so I'll keep one as my own backup and I'll set aside the second one for the other Fanatec owners here at GBR so I can return the favor that Rusty did for me. I'll update this thread when the other cables arrive.
Thanks for everyone's help and contributions. Appreciate all the help.

Replacement cables arrived from Fanatec yesterday. I am setting one aside in case a GBR person needs one in a pinch.
The other I am keeping as a spare.
