How about the Star Mazda car, with the following track schedule: July - Lime Rock August - Laguna Seca September - Okayama October - Summit Point November - Watkins Glen December - Zolder This way, there is only one track any would need to buy, Zolder. I would wait to hear if there is anyone that doesn't have a lot of those tracks before cementing them in. What was free free/base content for those of us that got in on the Cadillac promo isn't necessarily going to be be base content for everyone else. I personally have all of them, it's no issue for me.

The first four are base content for everyone on iRacing. The tracks that are free as part of the Cadillac promotion are Mosport, Infineon and Mid Ohio, none of which are on my list, but if you guys want one or more of them to be added, I can do that. Watkins Glen is the track for the SRF race next month, hence I assumed most if not all will have that.

Not a big fan of Zolder, too many chicanes and sharp corners, hard to get a good flow there. How about Suzuka? Most people should have that since we used it in the other road series. I also wouldn't mind Infineon or Mid Ohio since they came with the Caddy promo a lot of people got.

Sonoma *might* be a bit bumpy for an open wheeler but as I don't have the car I can't say for sure.
Mid Ohio would be a good choice as it flows great. In this case I would suggest the Chicane version of Mid Ohio.
Also what about dropping Summit Point in favor of Zandvoort? Bigger track.
Cheers!

I could go for Zandvoort. The official Star Mazda series ran there this season and the car works great there.

Don't have Zandvoort, but I guess that's okay as long as we use it at least a few times in GBR iRacing, like I have said and suspected when I got my membership, I am only running GBR events there.

We are using it for this month's GBR iRacing GT event. By the time the new Road Series starts in July, we will have run all of the tracks on the current draft schedule for that event. Are you guys sure you don't want to run the Caddy?

I don't have two of those tracks but just run with it. I'll buy them when needed.
More importantly, how is this series affected by the fact that every Sunday has a Porsche race or Enduracers race? A new start time for this series may exclude me from participating. Thanks.

A new start time for this series may exclude me from participating. Thanks. Yeah, until now, we have had a designated starting time on Sundays. Once Porsche and Enduracers go bi-weekly, we will need to schedule the iRacing Sunday events to not overlap. My understanding is that the start time for Porsche and Enduracers will be 9:30am PST, 12:30pm EST, which means that iRacing will start at 7:30am, with an 80 minute practice, 10 minute qualifying and 30 minute race, which means we will be done in time for the Porsche or Enduracers events.

If that is the case, I'm good. Thank you.

Sorry for the hassle on the start times. iRacing events can be stuck in stone as far as start and finish times, plus not everyone in GBR does iRacing. Therefore, I am being flexible with the scheduling so as to not conflict with any rFactor-based events.
