Does a single 660 support triple screens? I know the 660ti does, but what about the 660? It appears that both the 660 and the 660ti do www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-660-geforce-gtx-650-benchmark,3297-2.html "The reference GeForce GTX 660 exposes two dual-link DVI ports, calls for two DL-DVI, one HDMI port, and a DisplayPort output. This matches the GeForce GTX 660 Ti, and both cards support up to four monitors operating concurrently with three in Surround mode."

I'm on 3 x 22" because I got them a few years ago for a good price. 24" would be better but the 22s are fine for me right now. Dell.ca has the 24" U2412M on for $120 off so I grabbed one today (I already have two of them). My Xmas present to myself. That means, after shuffling some monitors around (two of the 22s will be for my gaming/work PC and the 3rd 22 will be a spare), I'll now have 3 x 24" for the race rig.

Thank you for the help and advice. Appreciate that.
After some study and watching several videos, I canceled my 3 screen proyect. Multiple screens for racing it's not what I thought and really I am not missing anything.
Thanks again.

Paint me surprised, it has been the single best addition to my set up I have made, and could never go back to single screen...well actually I do when playing Forza and miss the side screens terribly. Ah well each to their own, as long as your happy, that is all that matters :-)

He is running a different setup than the rest of us. With the large screen he uses, it stands to reason that with a high enough FOV and the tv sitting close and low enough (to hide the cockpit below the dashboard) that already has close to the same peripheral that we get with the 3 smaller monitors.
I've got to admit, with his setup, he looks like he's setting right in the cockpit.

Speaking of which... my 3rd and final 24" monitor arrived at the office yesterday (I was buying one at a time when they went on sale). So I'm ready to transition fully from from 22s to 24s. Now I just have to decide on a monitor mount to get these things closer to me rather than sliding my seat up to the desk.

Oh granted, but nothing quite beats the feel of a car actually coming alongside as it does with screens alongside you. I used to use a 60" TV...no more, but horses for courses. Fantomas sure is involved in his racing as can be seen from his vids so no real need for change I guess.

There is less of a need for Fantomas to go triples, due to the current configuration he enjoys.

Fahn. What size tv are you using. I thought you were running a 40 inch sony. Seem bigger on your videos. If your ever in the tampa bay area. Stop by and try my triple 40's. The in car veiw is life size. from tip to tip its 95 inches. they wrap around to about 90 degrees from my head position. Only draw back is its gets a little warm after a few hours. The nice thing about triples to can see your full mirror and both side mirrors. Your always welcome to test it out. Its only a 2.5 hour drive .

I have 3 LED TV's and can't get the resolution right. Everything looks stretched out at 4840 x 900. None of the other settings work. I know it's my connections. DVI to HDMI cable for center. The two outer ones are Mini DP (not active) to VGA.
I think I'm going to get a projector and be done with this. Any thoughts?
