I want to clarify how the Turn 1 chicane exit should be taken. You will gain easily over a half second per lap by cutting this section. While it will be difficult to police it, I would recommend that if you do accidentally cut through the curb exit of the chicane, you should give back any time you gained. The general rule of thumb in this series is that you need to keep at least 2 tires on the tarmac at all times.

Please try to police yourselves on this during the race as I don't intend (or have time) to have debates afterward. Just be aware that if the Stewards do see that you gained an unfair advantage by doing this, you will be penalized.

Thanks Nick. We ran this version of the track last season and didn't have any issues. I will remind (aka threaten) everyone again before the race.

Tuesday night, the soft tire server will be shut down. As always when there are two practice servers running, Server #1 is also the race night server.

only temporary as I have epilepsy, cops booked me for expired licence lol but with Christmas and everything I've had to wait till today before I could get blood test before my doc would do me another medical certificate as I've been a bit sporatic seeing her for last coupla yrs lol so it'll be about 2 weeks of no licence and damn it makes it hard when I have a 130k round trip for work... but the last months been pretty arsed up with everything
