The TCOne series kicked off today with 96 drivers split up between 3 servers based on there pre qualification times copening in 3 rounds at zandvoort....all 96 drivers where within .700 which was gonna be some close racing and it didn't dissapoint 
I pre qualified 72 out 718 racers and made it into server 3, I wasn't able to get much practice in this week as I returned to work on wed after being off for 3 months recovering from abdominal surgery.
Running a base setup with race fuel if was just looking to be consistent and hope for a possible top 10 finish.
Race 1 I qualified 14th and picked my way through the field and finished 7th with a handful of great battles.
Race 2 I qualified 7th but butchered my launch and stalled it on the line which dropped me back to 17th. So I put my head down and started to make my way back through the field. I made it all the way to 5th with 2 laps left when I got a run coming out of the last turn and was able to pull along side position 4 going into t1, I stuck to the outside to give him room and braked early hoping he would out brake himself and I could go for the under cut. Everything went to plan as he did out brake him self so as I waited for him to skid by and go for the under cut he got a bit squirrely and his ass came around hitting my right side which sent me off track and into the sand finishing 14th.
Race 3 I made a few adjustments to the tune and qualified 5th.
I lost 2 places before t1 dropping me to 7th but really found my pace and comfort and was able to pick off 3 places to finish 4th
Overall an amazing experience with fair close racing, I absolutely love these wtcc 15 cars and are hands down my favorite touring cars in any sim
