That's discouraging and nuts! I know I haven't ever raced this track before but I am having a hard time with consistency. My lap time spread can be as much as 3 seconds off my best.( In a 7 lap race) I am really going to have buckle down. As far as a 204 or anything close......not in this lifetime LOL Jim

Lol Guys. Yeah us aussies aren't slow around the mountain that's for sure. I think its got something to do with every Aussie being forced to like Bathurst or being thought of as a total weirdo. Way Way Way too many laps we have done around there because to be honest its our best track by a mile. We can do a reverse grid if you guys would like. Don't think it will make much difference at this track however.
Also, I probably won't be able to make this race Wednesday. Dale, are you able to admin for this one?

Hey everybody! I knew that the Aussies were fast and their liveracers times prove that. So I know I wasn't going to get into the 204's but I decided to sign up over at RSM and ask for some help/tunes. I've gotten a few from Floydie and Yaystenny aka Kurt Stenberg I tried out Floydies last night and I was able to get into the 209's which is the fastest I have ever gone around Bathurst in the V8's. His setup was pretty different than the one I was trying to put together. I am going to share these with you guys because we could all go faster, amirite? They seem like really great guys over at RSM and I think once we have put in thousands of hours and laps at Bathurst like the Aussies, somebody from GBR might be able to throw down a 204 one day! Aussie fast at Bathrust? I think that's a national requirement for them.
It's like if there not fast the Kangaroo will laugh at them or something lol!!!
But then again. they maybe they expect of to be fast and say Daytona or Sebring?
Either way there will be lots of racing to be had no matter where you are on the grid.
have fun with it, its the last race of the season. Race your race and get as many point as you can.

I am running Floydie's tune and I am really liking it. It is very loose but once I got the hang of it I was able to shave 2+ seconds off my fastest times. It is going to be a helluva race!

May not make this one. Mediacom problems. I upgraded the router( from them) and getting 57 download which is twice as fast as before, but ping on the test tripled. In Speedtest I was getting 19 ping now on a good test 56 and with packet loss ping test rates me a C, sometimes a B. Can't play or do anything while anyone else is online. Sometimes when I am on alone. They will not be out but not until Thursday. Going to try a few different setting and see if I can clear it up. It sucks when an upgrade turns sour before it get better. PS I was middle pack, best I did get in the 108's but very inconsistent. Going to try Kurt's tune
