I dont think mandatory PitStop is a good idea. In the end all end up using 2 sets of softs, nothing really changes.
Now scraping the PitStop from the equation for race 2, many will try hard tires and some may try softs with a pit stop. You can even try softs and hards in the same stint sometimes.
Its a case where have a PitStop in fact kills different strategies.
But this is just my opinion, dont know if anyone shares!

Super excited for the season! Tho I ve never driven the track till last night and is taking a bit to learn and I find I mix up 2 or 3 corners and can't string together a completely smooth lap. Regarding the track I am not sure if it's my settings or if anyone else is experiencing shadow flickering on the concrete barriers throughout the track?

tire strategy here will be interesting. I find the car is on 2 wheels a lot from hitting the big yellow humps they call curbs...

Can we get some info about some of the curbs on the track? Turns 5 and 6 to be exact. I see you can completely run over the curbs and go right up to the walls, but is that going to be legal? It sure helps with lap times I know that.

Curbs define the outer edge of the track therefore if you run wide to are not on the track. 2 wheels must be on the track surface to keep things legal. I am sure the admin will agree or my lap times will fall a fair bit...lol

I haven't seen this version of the track but I think the lines are beyond the curb. It's up to the man though

I really don't like this version of the track only because of that exact reason. The lines and curbs in certain sections. But having said that, I wouldn't miss the race for anything.

It sure helps with lap times I know that. You can run over the curbs somewhat at turns 6 and 7. If you go completely over the curb, you will likely lose time. Here is an example of a couple hot laps I did a couple years ago (back when I still have my man cave ).
