Having said that, Daytona is a few weeks away!! Since it is 24 hours will we run one team only? Probably unless we get enough people. Indy and Monza are non-team races anyways.  I'll be running a bunch of laps at Daytona over the next few weeks...though it will be in the Aston.  |

I am in for all the team races. I won't be doing the F1 Monza race. I will definitely race the Indy 500, probably at least 2 times. I will wait until next season to start working on setups. I will make a separate thread in the setups section to share my Indy 500 setups.
They must have moved the Daytona track to the Arctic circle since the entire race will be at night. It will be nice when they finally get day/night transitions so these 24 hour races will be more realistic.

Given iRacing's recent server problems, I'll not be surprised if the Daytona race doesn't have some issues.
I'm in for Daytona, BTW.

I'm sorry, I have been invited to race with some long time friends of mine. So I will not be flying the GBR colors for the Daytona race.

Are we staying with the Ford? It's been good to us so I'd have no problem sticking with it but that said I could go for a change. I have all road cars so I'm good to go with whatever. The Corvette DP is tempting but I fear it'll attract the erratic drivers being new and fast plus I don't want you guys to buy it for just this series. |

I'm good with whatever. I don't have the CDP yet, but am not opposed to picking it up. Particularly if we stick with it for the season. We'd get enough track time out of it to justify it for me. I picked the RDP up late (because everyone said it was a horrible car), and ended up really enjoying it.

Be thinking about sponsors. I can try to put together a "crude" paint once we decide on a car.    These are just examples I've come up with utilizing base schemes, then mixing up the colors and adding decals. |
