TBH, I am enjoying the Star Mazda more than this car lately.

I got a phone call just before I hopped onto the server. By the time I was done there wasn't enough time left before the race to get a half dozen recon laps in.

After a crappy race at efnet in Sunday I needed to have fun. I got lucky and missed a couple of wrecks early on. Started like 20th and got up to 11th. Boza was taken out early and Snappy was able to grab 9th. All in the top split.

Just Dave F (zed) and I last night. We were in the top split again ( I am seriously considering tanking my iRating. LOL). Dave and I were both 3 to 4 seconds off of the pole sitter. I started 14th and Dave Started 16th. We finished 12th and 13th respectively. Suzuka and this car are a really nice combination. I still like the Star Mazda better though.

Boza and I ran. I had a horrible race. Forgot to charge my headset and it started dying. Distracted, I smacked the wall. Game over. Not sure I will jump in as I am tired but I might.

I got tired of that series. Started to remind me of the V8 races where I am in the top split but can barely stay on the lead lap. I would like it if we could get some of us together and run a hosted race maybe later in the week.

Tuesday racing just isn't working with my schedule so I couldn't stick with this. I have plans set every Monday and GBR races on Wednesdays so that makes Tuesday my running night.

Star Mazda is at Interlagos this week. Anybody interested in running a Mazda race tonight? 9:45? I haven't had any running in that car of late but I will jump on and see if I can be ready for a race. Snappy keeps telling me the car is improved. Tonight's my wife's b-day so it may go to hell. We should be done early since it's a school night. |

I ran the Renault 2.0 last night (wednesday) at Gilles Villeneuve. Top split, started 19th of 23. Totally blew my quali lap. I was car number 12. I knew I could make up spots through attrition though, because the track was slick as hell. Cars were flying everywhere on the first two laps. I settled in to P12 in the early laps and finished 10th. Only 1x incident. Tough race. Fun track though.
If you guys are gonna run the Star Mazda then I'd be happy to join you. I've been running it this season and the car is tons of fun.
