Can't wait!! Also, someone said during the race last night that you guys have an oval league in rFactor2. What was the name of that league? That would be SPAZCAR > spazcar.proboards.com/ Word of warning, this is our first season with RF2 and things are still being ironed out. But if fun racing is what you want, it's the right place for you, no one is to serious or hot headed. Kinda like here, but in circles. |

Just a heads up for anybody using GID aka Trackmamp. I was experiencing the issue with GID blinking while driving. This happens with some 3rd party tracks and the easy fix is to use CTRL+F to stop this. This is the shortcut to see the FPS in the game so just hit CTRL+F once to see the fps and it will stop the blinking.

Make sure to lengthen the gears. This track is a beast and you need to really know it to race it. Going down the back side of the mountain braking is very important otherwise you will hit the walls.
I ran the default tune last night and only decreased the rear anti rollbars and lengthened the gears.
Just put in the seat time to really learn the track and you will get the hang of it.

Yea I can get up the mountain fine. Getting down is another story haha. I just feel like I'm losing a ton of time because I'm going so slow. I'm sure I can push it a bit more. |

It just takes practice and repetition. Coming down the hill is almost a controlled fall on a fast lap. There are a couple of places that you just gotta commit to a line that will set you up for corner exit and trust the tires will catch you.
I make up a lot of places when racing that track on iRacing because people lose their shit coming down the hill.
