It sounds like you're installing tracks into the default location. When you don't use that location there's a few key files that have to be copied into the target folder... that doesn't seem to be your problem though.

One thing you can check if your running Win. Vista/7.
Some of the mods write to the game files in ways Win. V/7 don't allow w/out permission/admin rights, even if you are the admin.
So make sure each of your rF1 short cuts have admin rights by right clicking the short cuts, go into the compatibility Mode tab, and make sure to check the Run as Administrator box and Apply.
This can sometimes also be why some tracks wont create a hat file on first load.
I've also seen a few instances where you have to run installers and .rar files as admin, or they wont open and install all files.

So i tried your suggestions wolf and it seems to be working now thanks m8......but iam still having the same problem trying load the saleen at willow springs ingame, but if i go to the GBR server it works fine?
