It was a blast. This mod is really good and would make for a good series. Just need to get my fps issue during races figured out. (and weird I am the only one having the issues). I don't get it. How many visible cars did you guys have it set at? Mine was at 20. Will keep me up at nights until I figure it out. |

New version of this mod has just been released. You guys thought the sounds were good in the last version - this one blows it away from what I've heard so far. Also, there are all new physics on this version. Still getting major frame rate issues on my machine during a race, but smooth as glass and 300-400 fps during practice. Unlikely we'd get this many cars but take note:
- ONLINE RACES WITH MORE THAN 25 PLAYER YOU WILL NEED TO PATCH YOUR .EXE TO 4 GIGA PATCH TO AVOID CTD´S (THIS IS NOT A ISSUE WITH THE MOD BUT RF1 MEMORY LIMITATION)!!!!

I stumbled across a thread about a similar mod in the works for rF2. The thread was locked and the links changed as far as I can tell because the mod takes content from other titles and ISI does not tolerate that. Hopefully they do continue to develop it.
