I'm able to connect. I had this track already but I checked the linked one here and it's identical.

Yep, me too, I love this track!! Still off pace from Jim, but it feels like there is a lot more I can get out of it. I just can't practice tonight, sneezing my head off every couple of seconds, hard to drive. I think I may be allergic to this white stuff on the ground outside. in the 70's yesterday, snow on the ground today, 65-70 tomorrow.

I'm fighting a bug. I'll be there tomorrow without any practice, lol

I reloaded the track and restarted the server. Can you try one more time? Tried it and the same thing keeps happening no matter what I do. I did everything you all suggested before getting on this time and it just keeps doing those mismatches :/

Yeah the HAT files are cached track textures and stuff and only need to be correct locally (the server shouldn't have a copy... any on the server now are an accidental result of me copying my rF folder to the server). The dedicated server does create a HAT file. I deleted the one on there and when I fired the server back up the HAT file was recreated. I guess it doesn't help clients connecting but it does get created. Marc, do you have a separate track directory all your mods point to or do you install the tracks directly into the GameData\locations of each mod?

Tonight's the series finale at Laguna Seca. I haven't turned any practice laps so it should be interesting, lol. Hope to see you all out there.

I install the tracks directly to GameData\locations - this install though ONLY has Historix in it.

I was going to suggest installing it in another mod and pointing historx to that location. I don't know if that will do anything but I hate not having someone race when they want to be there.

I am hoping to make this. I double checked and made sure I could connect and I did not have any errors. Once I got Laguna67 in my tracks folder I was good to go. Sorry Marc

I really hope I can make it back in time for the race. If I can I will. I have the 68 running pretty good. If I can't make the first ,can I try and make the second? I don't want to cause waves but real life is getting in the way. JIm

I made like 10 events and got to race at Sonoma for the first time online so believe me, I've had plenty of fun in this series and really hope we'll continue the good times in the Historix cars
