My X-Box 360 finally died, not bad for a year 1 purchase. My PS3 is also a year 1 purchase so I figured it was about time to get new ones. So I bought a new 360 and PS3 because the new machines are not backward compatible, plus it was only $200 for both and I have plenty of games I still play on them. So while I'm getting these the Wife says "I thought you wanted the new ones" to which I explained the above statement of no backwards compatibility. And she said "Merry Christmas, get what you want" So 15 minutes later she comes back over and asked what's taking so long, to which I reply, I'm not sure which one to get. And she says "Oh BS, you know you'll get them both sooner or later, so get them in the cart so we can leave". So now I have a PS4 Destiny Bundle, plus Far Cry 4 preorderd. And an X-Box one with FORZA 5 and Horizons 2, Plus The Crew on Preorder. I love my wife...  |

Congrats Dan. I wasn't going to get either, but my buddy who works for Microsoft got me an XB1 a couple months ago.
Just picked up the new COD the other day, so if you end up getting that one down the road, we can go blast some fools!

I've got GTA 5 on PS3, so I will wait for PC and community mods. But it sure looks better on XB1 and PS4 from what I've seen.

I have the Master Chief collection.... I have it as well and have been playing it everyday since last Tuesday. I already have started the campaign for all four games and boy do they look and play great on the Xbox One. Halo 1 and 2 are particularly polished, but 3 and 4 also look great. I love how you can switch between original and new graphics on Halo 1 and 2, that is a cool feature they carried over from the 360 version of Halo 1. The sound is also much improved, the weapons have much more of a "boom" sound to them. |

Hm that might be worth it to play Halo 1. I still have an unfinished game on my original Xbox but hated the graphics the last time unfired that up.
I can't remember if I ever played H2...
