But damned if I can feel my rear, might have to tinker with the wheel settings a little. The rear is a bit numb for me too. That may be because of the default TCS setting. The side-effect is that when you're losing concentration in an endurance race you can just mash the throttle exiting a corner without surprises.

I added my availability to the spreadsheet. I can make almost any time frame work as long as I have notice. My yellow bar is time I'd rather be sleeping but I can make it work if needed. I added my local time (EDT) to my line in a grey color so I didn't need to do the math in my head.
I rather keep it to one car if possible. I cannot commit to more than four hours of racing especially when you add time for helping out spotting. With the odd number of drivers it may work out that one or two guys get a little less seat time depending how the pits work out. I am fine with that and I don't see the others on here taking offense either.

Is there anyone that would prefer to NOT run a double stint? I was thinking of setting up the driver rotation w/ a double stint leading off (while drivers are still fresher) then going to single stint swaps for the remainder of the race.

I would prefer to run doubles when I come up in the rotation. If I'm arranging my day/night to race, I prefer 2-2.5 hours at a time.

Also, I don't mind doing a triple if needed for the scheduling.

Initial driver schedule listed under the "Stints" tab of the spreadsheet. Have a look and if there are any issues or a couple guys would like to swap let's try to get it finalized in the next day or so.
I also added a line for "Crew Chief". Essentially I would like someone to be available 15 minutes prior to the pit stop to aid in setting up the pit service so the driver only needs to focus on the track and hitting the pit box...not fumbling through pit settings. Currently loaded with the oncoming driver doing the pit setup, then the outgoing driver can stay for a couple laps until the new driver is settled. If you are willing to aid with a stop or two during the double stints please add your initials to the relevant stint box. I would like someone there leading up to the stop and just a couple laps after until the rhythm is re-established. I will try to pick up what's left. I suspect people will be coming and going throughout the day checking in on the progress, so I don't think there is a need to have a full-time spotter.
The final stint is a maybe, because we may actually be really close on being able to make it in 20 stints...so expect the schedule to be a little fluid. I'll try to update it throughout the race as it plays out.
I believe minimum drive time for "fair share" is 52 minutes (on track time). So we'll be well clear w/ even just 1 full stint.

Thanks for doing this Chris. It works for me. My family may be out all day so I am flexible.
Are we doing a test session? Paul needs to test driver swaps at a min.

Also, I think your driver minimum time is accurate.

Troy, let me know if that double is running too late for you. I can change my first stint to a single, which will slide everything forward an hour or so, then run a double later. I know some people are night owls, I just don't recall who those people are.

The schedule works for me Chris. Are we using the same set up as before??

Arse I forgot GMT is an hour behind...That puts my first stint a little late. I also am a little worried about running at night, I have tried during practice and am very slow as on my monitors I cant see much at all. Heh well better get practising

You're safe there Knight...iRacing doesn't do day/night transitions. It'll be like racing in Alaska during the summer. Sun never sets.

And I just swapped stints w/ you Knight. You're first stint is now 2 hours earlier.

Phew, it was the night racing I was really worried about, I just spent two hours getting my time down to about where I was in daytime, but had a couple of real nasty crashes doing it. Thanks for the swap, it will mean I am far less tired at the end of the stint, got a long day that day with an early rise to get some stuff done in time for the race. I shall now cease panicking

I'm also off work Thurs/Fri, so if you are available to run through driver swaps I can try to set up a practice session during a time that works for you.
