I also have had problems with my clubsport v2 on iRacing last few days during the couple of Road Warriors practices. The wheel would all of sudden lose all FFB effects after 9-15 laps in. I did some really long practice stints at Philip Island with the Corvette on the weekend and earlier in the week with no problems.

My problem happens several times per lap. The wheel disconnects and the screen freezes. Usually for less than a second. It has caused a few crashes because it almost always happens when I'm turning.

That sucks Troy, hopefully you can get resolve ASAP. Chris that tune you posted is pretty good. I'm not as fast with it but I'm more consistent with it, doing high 23's to low 24's with a full tank.

I figured it out. I'm in for the race.
It was a bad cable going from the Basherboard SFA1 to the wheel. I don't use the H-shifter anyway, so I just disconnected it for now.

Glad to hear that Troy...Looks like I am a couple of secs off most folk, but those that know me know my thing is consistency and defence not hot lapping, so hopefully that will see me well for this. Thanks to Chris for the session yesterday, not only was it nice to hear his dulcet tones in the cans again but I am now up to speed with iRacing Driver swaps.

I was able to run the setup Chris posted. I filled it up with fuel and my best lap was a 2:21.571. I can run consistent 2:22s to low 2:23s without pushing too hard. Haven't run a full fuel run yet, but after 10 laps, the tire pressures and temps looked about where they should be so the cambers and starting pressures are good.
Be careful on corner exit, because with that low wing the rear can come around. I had it come around on me exiting Pouhon a couple of times when I pushed too hard. Raising the TC could help with that. It is an in car adjustment which can be made while driving so shouldn't be a problem.
When running laps, try different brake bias and TC settings to see what works best for you. Then write it down so you won't forget. When you get in the car, make sure you check those settings before leaving the pits.

If a tick of rear wing will help, I'm not opposed. I'd rather have a steady stable car than all out speed. I didn't encounter any issues as long as I didn't push it too hard.

Tune is fine by me, I take it we fill the tank to 115L though? I am most definitely not that fast here, I got a couple into very high 23's at best. After about 10 laps the FFB on my wheel was still giving out So I have turned the iRacing force down to 1.1 and the wheel FF to 75 to reduce heat buildup, on the idea this may be the cause. Also upgraded to latest driver/firmware... beta though Will do a bunch of laps tomorrow morning before the race to test if it is going to work better.

3rd driver (Boza) is in the car now and we're 7th in class.
Sheldon had a clean run. I had a small spin (tires weren't up to temp yet when I started to push) and bent the rear wing. It doesn't appear to have affected the car's speed at all though so we're doing fine.

Spreadsheet updated w/ new stint time based off warmup time not accounted for plus slightly longer run time than the 1:10 that was allotted. Keep an eye on the sheet as I'll update a few times throughout the day.

Phew, that was intense. One fairly early spin, simple miscalculation and hit nothing, just a damaged ego. I was dive bombed three times, but got away with just a scratch on the paintwork each time, car still felt fine and was most relieved to hand over to Chris a car that was still in one piece and driving much the same as when I got it. Good luck to those driving through my night see you in the morning.

I am having issues. Was in an official practice session last night and now it is insisting I need updates. I am downloading 2GB of crao I don't own and isn't used in the session. Hoping that works. Chris is about to make his first pit and I can't Cheif.
