I found this out because the .veh file I grabbed was using red wheels and the red clashed with my original color scheme. So I knew there must be a way to change the wheel color and that is what I found.

Nice find Jimmy, I was wondering about wheel color but never took the time to look it up.

Very easy change at least to the existing wheel colors. That's why mine are black and not silver.
