That's truly stunning. I can only imagine the HP needed from the CPU/GPU

For my SLI brothers... have any of you tried renaming the EXE as suggested for SLI? I read in the forum if you remane it to AFR-FriendlyD3D.exe you'll maybe see higher framerates with SLI. I'm working a half-day today... will be giving it a try later. Also, I'm new to pCARS... is there a multiplayer option so we can have a race/practice session together? I tried this renaming trick, and it seems to help. Using my SLI'd 560tis, I am now getting 45-60 FPS with my triple screens at 5760 X 1080 with medium eye candy.

Build 207 seems to be better than ever when it comes to my 560 ti SLI'd triple screens at 5760 X 1080. Based on suggestions at the WMD forums for better graphics performance, I did the renaming trick, and turned on vsync. I ran Road America last night, with the Racer V8, 10 opponents, high car detail, medium track detail, low AA, no FSAA and got 60 FPS, except at the start, when the FPS would be 40-50 FPS. 60 FPS in this game at 5760 X 1080 looks amazing. Silky smooth...

It seemed better on my system too but I wasn't sure because I don't get enough time to properly evaluate each week... it's hard to compare.

Cool. I need to spend some time with this sim. I've only driven two tracks! I am hoping that multiplayer is enabled soon... that will motivate me.

Cool. I need to spend some time with this sim. I've only driven two tracks! I am hoping that multiplayer is enabled soon... that will motivate me. The key for me has been to find a couple of cars that I am comfortable with, and then use them for the different tracks. My two favorites right now are the Gumpert Apollo and the Racer V8, although I do occasionally fire up the Formula A or B cars as well. It also helps to get the graphics right. The game has really improved for me over the last two builds. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. I just did five minutes last night after we finished Spazcar.

Today's build is a 200-something MB patch. Much better tham 3+ GB build downloads. I'll be trying it tonight. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. I just did five minutes last night after we finished Spazcar. MP would make all the difference here. Hawks and I killed over an hour testing rF2 one night.

Can't wait for mp on this. I haven't had time to dl the updates for the past month or so. yeah, I thought they might have it in place by now. But I think it is close to being there. My problem is that once I went to triple screen I can no longer max out the graphics and even with reduced settings the frame rate is not always what I would like. I think they made a pretty good improvement over the last month or so of getting the fps and/or stuttering smoother so it is a lot better. But I am still really looking forward to being able to upgrade my video cards so I can go back to max graphics

Since I upgraded to the newest Nvidia driver, pcars freezes at the login screen. Any suggestions? I already upgraded to the patch 221.
