Date: February 24, 2013 Time: 9:30am PST (after Porsche Supercup Series) Cars: Cadillac (included in base package), McLaren (paid) and Corvette (paid) Track: Suzuka Grand Prix (paid content) Warm Up: 30 minutes Qualifying: 10 minutes, 4 laps Race: 30 minutes Tune: Open. Helios has generously agreed to do tunes for each of the three cars, but you are welcome to use your own tunes as well, and/or the iRacing base tune. As soon as Helios finalizes the tunes, I will post them.
Keep in mind that we will have to start on time, since there is no way I can change the start times once we are in the sim. You can be late for warm up and can come and go as you please. I don't know whether you can come in once qualifying begins so don't risk it. There will be unlimited Fast Repairs, so no one is left completely in the dust due to a mistake. Even though you all are road purists, this will be a rolling start, like iRacing uses for the GT Challenge and Prototype series.

Not Laguna Are you doing a Porsche Supercup race on February 24? I have my eye on that date. If you are not running the Porsche race at all, then I would do this event at 8:30am PST. If you are doing the Porsche race that day, would you mind if I scheduled this at 7:30am PST, on the condition that it finish by 8:30am PST?

How about if I start the iRacing event at 9:30am PST. We will have some wiggleroom, since I can do a 30 minute practice, during which people can come in at any point. Drop dead time would be 10am, since that is when qualifying would start.

Works for me...who needs to eat LOL Understood, but you were one of the guys who shot me down about using Laguna, which is really the only halfway decent GT base content track. Out of Suzuka and Interlagos, do you have a preference? Suzuka gets you more bang for the buck, since its used currently in more series. But, Interlagos is shiny and new and does not have any performance issues.
